Who we are

This website and the Kingdom Tours service are operated by Yak Tech SARL, which is the data controller for the information described in this policy. You can contact us at info@yaktech.net.

Information we collect through the enquiry form

Visitors do not need an account. Information is only collected when you choose to complete the enquiry form and send it to us.

• Full name
• Mobile or WhatsApp number including country code
• Email address (optional)
• Service type, pickup location, destination or requested tour
• Date, pickup time, number of passengers
• Luggage quantity, vehicle preference, flight number and notes (optional)

How the enquiry form works

When you submit the form, your details are assembled into a message in your browser and opened in WhatsApp, or in your email application if you choose the email option. The website itself does not store your submission on a server.

Sending a message does not confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed only after Kingdom Tours replies to you.

External communication services

WhatsApp (operated by Meta) and your email provider are external services with their own privacy policies and terms. Once your message leaves this website, the handling of that message is governed by those providers as well as by this policy.

Instagram and Meta integration

The owner of Kingdom Tours may connect the Kingdom Tours Facebook Page and the @kingdom_tours Instagram professional account to this website through Meta's official login (OAuth). Only the owner can make or manage this connection. Customers who message @kingdom_tours on Instagram do not log in to this website.

When the connection is active, this website processes the following information supplied by Meta:

• Facebook Page and Instagram account identifiers and username
• The permissions granted to the connection and its connection status
• Meta access tokens, which are stored only on our server and are never sent to or shown in a web browser
• Instagram conversation and message identifiers, message content, sender details supplied by Meta (such as Instagram username and name), timestamps and unread status
• Records of webhook notifications delivered by Meta, and a history of actions taken through the integration (for example replies sent or content published), including who performed them and when

Why we use Instagram and Meta information

This information is used to display and manage the Instagram content and conversations the owner has authorised, to reply to customer messages, to publish content the owner has approved, and for security, troubleshooting and keeping an audit history of actions taken. It is not sold and is not used for advertising.

Instagram and Meta data retention and deletion

When the owner disconnects Instagram, this website deletes its stored Meta access tokens and connection details, and can no longer access the account.

Stored conversations and messages, webhook delivery records and the action/audit history are not deleted automatically when the account is disconnected. They are kept until deleted on request or by the owner. The action/audit history is kept as a security record.

Meta's own processing

Meta Platforms independently processes information about your use of Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp under Meta's own Privacy Policy and terms. This policy does not cover Meta's own processing.

Why we use enquiry information

We use the details you send to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and arrange the transport, tour or hotel assistance you requested. We do not sell your information.

Enquiry retention

Enquiry messages remain in the WhatsApp and email accounts used by Kingdom Tours for as long as needed to handle your request and to keep a record of the service provided.

Analytics and cookies

With your consent this website uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-XL2VG4HRS5) to measure how the site is used. Google Consent Mode is implemented and analytics storage is denied by default, so no analytics cookies are set until you accept them in the cookie banner.

Categories collected: pages viewed, referrer, approximate region derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and interactions such as WhatsApp, telephone, email, enquiry-form and language-switch actions. No name, telephone number, email address, pickup or destination location, flight number or form notes are ever sent to Google Analytics.

Purpose: measuring website use and interest in our services so we can improve them. These interactions are recorded as lead indicators only; they are not bookings or revenue. A booking is confirmed only after Kingdom Tours replies.

Retention: Google Analytics retains event and user data for a maximum of 14 months. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops further collection immediately.

No advertising cookies, Google Ads remarketing or personalised advertising are used. Full detail is in the Cookie Policy.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the enquiry details you sent, or to correct them, by contacting us using the details below. Requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
