Information we collect
This website has no user accounts and no database. Information is only collected when you choose to complete the enquiry form and send it to us.

- Mobile or WhatsApp number including country code
- Email address (optional)
- Service type, pickup location, destination or requested tour
- Date, pickup time, number of passengers
- Luggage quantity, vehicle preference, flight number and notes (optional)
How the enquiry form works
When you submit the form, your details are assembled into a message in your browser and opened in WhatsApp, or in your email application if you choose the email option. The website itself does not store your submission on a server.
Sending a message does not confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed only after Kingdom Tours replies to you.
External communication services
WhatsApp (operated by Meta) and your email provider are external services with their own privacy policies and terms. Once your message leaves this website, the handling of that message is governed by those providers as well as by this policy.
Why we use your information
We use the details you send to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and arrange the transport, tour or hotel assistance you requested. We do not sell your information.
Retention
Enquiry messages remain in the WhatsApp and email accounts used by Kingdom Tours for as long as needed to handle your request and to keep a record of the service provided.
Analytics and cookies
With your consent this website uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-XL2VG4HRS5) to measure how the site is used. Google Consent Mode is implemented and analytics storage is denied by default, so no analytics cookies are set until you accept them in the cookie banner.
Categories collected: pages viewed, referrer, approximate region derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and interactions such as WhatsApp, telephone, email, enquiry-form and language-switch actions. No name, telephone number, email address, pickup or destination location, flight number or form notes are ever sent to Google Analytics.
Purpose: measuring website use and interest in our services so we can improve them. These interactions are recorded as lead indicators only; they are not bookings or revenue. A booking is confirmed only after Kingdom Tours replies.
Retention: Google Analytics retains event and user data for a maximum of 14 months. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops further collection immediately.
No advertising cookies, Google Ads remarketing or personalised advertising are used. Full detail is in the Cookie Policy.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete the enquiry details you sent, or to correct them, by contacting us using the details below. Requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Data controller details
The registered company name, commercial registration number, VAT number and registered address of the data controller have not yet been supplied and must be added here before launch.
