Data Deletion Instructions

What data this covers

If you have messaged the @kingdom_tours Instagram account, this website may hold Instagram conversation and message records, sender details supplied by Meta (such as your Instagram username and name), timestamps and related webhook records. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How to request deletion

Send an email to info@yaktech.net with:

• The subject line “Data deletion request”
• Your Instagram username, so we can find the related records
• Whether you want all Instagram integration data about you deleted, or only specific conversations

What happens next

We may ask you to confirm that you control the Instagram account named in the request, for example by sending a message from that account to @kingdom_tours. Do not send passwords or login codes.

Once confirmed, we delete the stored conversations, messages and sender details relating to you from this website and reply by email to confirm. Where a short record of the deletion or of security events must be kept, it will not contain your message content.

Removing the app from your own Facebook or Instagram

Data held by Meta itself, including your messages inside Instagram, is controlled by Meta under its own Privacy Policy. You can manage or delete it through your Facebook or Instagram settings.
